M. Bansbach, Esq.
John joined the firm in 1990, after working in the litigation and general practice areas in the Rochester office of several regional law firms.
His practice concentrates in civil litigation and estate planning. He has extensive trial experience in New York State trial courts and the U.S. District Court in personal injury, business and commercial matters. His estate planning practice focuses on wills and trusts and Medicaid planning and eligibility .
John also maintains an active general practice which includes representation of individuals, businesses and homeowner's associations in real estate and business matters.
John is admitted to practice in New York, Massachusetts and the United
States District Court for the Western District of New York. He holds a B.A.
from SUNY Binghamton and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
Mindy
L. Zoghlin, Esq.
Mindy is a founding attorney of Bansbach, Zoghlin, P.C. She previously practiced with a Rochester law firm and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources.
Mindy represents individuals, small businesses, developers, citizens' groups and municipalities in a wide range of environmental and land use matters including toxic tort and property damage cases, Article 78 proceedings, zoning and regulatory permitting proceedings. She also has substantial experience in a variety of other personal and commercial civil cases. In addition to litigating in state and federal courts and counseling clients on ways to minimize and/or avoid litigation risks, Mindy's practice includes residential and commercial real estate matters.
Mindy is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western and Northern Districts of New York. A member of the Monroe County and New York State Bar Associations, Mindy holds a B.A. from Brandeis University and a J.D. from SUNY Buffalo School of Law.
Mindy, a dedicated student of the martial arts, believes that in litigation, as in karate, one should "come in peace but fight if one has to." She was promoted to fourth degree black belt (yondan) in Isshin Ryu Karate in October 2007.
