Fees
Our hourly rates are competitive with other lawyers and law firms and often much lower than larger firms.
We employ legal assistants to provide appropriate services at hourly rates that are materially lower than lawyers. All services performed by legal assistants are under direct attorney supervision.
Both attorneys and staff use technology to improve client service, reduce costs, and improve quality.
In certain cases—most commonly personal injury—we will agree to be retained on the basis that the client's obligation to pay us for services is contingent upon our recovery of money for them. Contingent fee arrangements are a way of allocating the risk of an uncertain outcome between us and the client.
